Summary: We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel La Laguna, and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. What made our experience stand out was the hospitality of the hotel representative, Gian Carlos. Gian Carlos is kind and service-minded. He went above and beyond to make our stay special — from thoughtful recommendations tailored to our interests to small personal touches that made us feel more like guests in a friend’s home than in a hotel. He is passionate about what he does, and it shows. The hotel itself is charming, clean, and well-located — but it’s Gian Carlos who truly makes Hotel La Laguna unforgettable. The breakfast is also super and the chef prepares personalized dishes to your pleasing. They also serve local products produced at local farms on the island. We can definitely recommend staying in La Laguna if you plan to visit Isabela.
